I received a letter in the mail from American Mega Lotto Payments with a check for $4,900.00. When I called the number, 416-723-8896, they wanted me to deposit the check into my bank account and send them back money for taxes, insurance, and postage. When I went to my bank, they informed me it was a scam. I then contacted BBB. The name of the person on the letter was Mark Terro.
