I was contacted on LinkedIn by a company asking for my resume. I sent it, and they responded via email saying I had been selected and was a good match for a position. After I sent my letter of acceptance they claimed to need me to buy $4000 of equipment that they said they'd pay me back for via check. This was the same scam format that targeted a friend of mine so I immediately ceased contact.

Just received in the mail an offer to purchase a gold coin supposedly worth$139.00 for the price of only $9.95, plus receive a presidential Trump watch for free. Sounds like a scam to me.

I received an invoice for 106 dollars for a coin i never ordered. When I called they said It was for me to preview, i told them i never asked for any coin. They said I would need to pay for the coin or I could return it.

I said why do I have to return something I didn't even order, that trouble for me, what if the coin is lost in the mail... they had no answers.

I asked them to remove my name from the company but they said they could not.

SCAM.
