I bought a puppy online. That person hired this transport company. They delayed the shipping from thursday to friday on to sunday They begin to tell me that in order to fly the puppy out I need to buy it life insurance. The life insurance was 1380 but guaranteed that the money is going to be refunded upon the puppy arrival. They said its required by law through email that they typed up. The only way to make a payment is through money gram, western union, and walmart to walmart, places where I can guaranteed that I'm not going to get my money back. So since I bought the puppy i figure this was legit not thinking twice about the situation. They shipped the puppy at night and now today is monday and they sent me an email that the puppy is in Maryland. They state that Maryland law requires the puppies to have certain necessary. They also sent me saying they can't fly the puppy to Boston because they need another 1300 for a anti pressure vaccines and anesthesia vaccines. Plus a Crate for 1000. I made a mistake once but not again. I'm not giving these people more money.
