I agreed to have my car towed from Tennessee to Tampa for $375.00 spoke to Tom . Got an invoice for the amount agreed on. The following day I get a call from Tom stating the driver wants another $25 for gas and I agreed to to it. They took about 150 from my account and said I had a balance of $250 once my car was delivered. Did hear from them in about 3 weeks with me leaving messages. Finally was able to IM through the website. I told them I was going to BBB and they were able to get my car picked up . The driver shows up at 1AM. To drop off the car. I get up help the driver get the car off took us about an hour as we had to take out another non working car. I go to pay the driver the balance of 250 and he says it’s $500 you owe me . I show the driver my agreement and invoice and he shows me the one he got for $500 COD. I dint have the money so the driver takes the car , now I’m dealing with them and they are telling me to pay the driver another 500 so I can avoid storage fees. Feeling helpless right now .
