Will Alston from American Premier collected a payment for direct ship of materials which were never delivered to us. He was scheduled to perform grading, topsoil, In ground sprinkler system and has not shown to complete the job. After numerous attempts at contacting Will Alston he finally responded and said he was not able to do the job and would refund us the money we paid ~$4000.00 in materials that again we never received. He stated that he was returning the materials and it would take 2-4 days for us to receive the refund. That was over two weeks ago and we have not received the money back and American Premier (Will Alston) no longer responds to text messages or phone calls.
