I saw an ad on FaceBook for an item I decided to purchase as a Christmas gift. I clicked and was directed to premiumfabric.net, where I made my purchase through PayPal on Nov 25, 2018. I received an acknowledgement and an order number, but weeks went by with no other updates. I emailed numerous times and received a few replies; just enough to keep me on the hook for months. I got a tracking number for my order in January 2019, but every time I clicked that link, it was not valid.

I never received my ordered merchandise and replies to my emails stopped. We contested the payment with PayPal, and just last week, it was refunded. The company, on the credit card statement as Omega Group, aka American Pride Tee and Premium Fabric, did not respond to our challenge at all.
