Their website states that normal orders would arrive within 2 - 3 weeks of ordering. As of today, August 15, 2018 I have yet to receive the order. I have contacted their Customer Support via email who have informed me multiple times that they have not received shipping information from their carrier and therefore can't provide me with a tracking number or an expected delivery date.
According to US Good Gear's website, my order is 'processing' and should arrive between July 28 - August 5th. As of now, the order is 10 days late with no expected delivery date in sight.
I checked Facebook today and posted a comment about not receiving the product. Then I started scrolling through other posts and comments and it seems like I'm not the only one who has yet to receive their product after paying but I'm sure other people are filing such claims against this company.
