My husband and I received a letter to a property we sold December 2023; said letter was forwarded, by the USPS, to our current address. The letter is an alleged purchase agreement , an offer to purchase some land we own. The sender offered an inappropriate low offer. It also included the APN, acreage and county of our property.

This letter doesn't feel legitimate or honest. Perhaps phishing for personal information, etc. My husband and I did not respond to this letter.
