Stating I had won a prize of 4.4M dollars from Publishers Clearinghouse. I stated the need to call him back in 5 minutes and requested a contact number. Number given was different than number on caller-id. Upon returning call to original caller-id number, call was answered by another Mr. Brown
stating that Carlos is his secretary and that I was selected because I shopped at Walmart and paid my utility bills on time. I requested verification of prize by U.S. mail on company letterhead. I haven't shopped at Walmart or had a utility bill in Michigan in 15 years.
