This charity calls, and tells you to commit to pledge a small amount of money ($15) to a charity called the American Veterans Relief Program, INC. They tell you that they need you to commit on the phone, because they have limited resources for mailing out pledge cards, and only want to mail if you are committed to giving.

I received the pledge card in the mail. I looked up the address, and it is a UPS Store P.O. Box. When I looked up the website, it has very little to no information on it. This Charity has a very similar name to the American Veterans Relief NETWORK, so I suspect they are not a charity at all, but posing as one to collect money.
