This knockoff wig business is based in China and goes by various names: American Wigs, WigsAmerican and Facessss. There are others, as I have clicked on other sales promos and gotten the same exact shopping site, but didn't know at that time what I know now. The company uses pictures of quality wigs to get you to buy and then sends super cheap knock-offs. None of the eigs are as described and one wasn't even the same style and the other was the wrong color. They state they guarantee return for errors and defects, not telling you that the wigs must be sent back to China (a flat rate pkg price is over $35). They did not want to take the wigs back after multiple emails and pictures of me showing them the wigs were not right. They offered a 20% and then a 30% refund. The return address on the package I received address ties to a freight forwarding company in CA and had an individual's name as the "company". The email comes from another source. The main problem is that the wigs are super cheap and nothing like described. There is not even enough hair on therm to cover the cap, which is made of inferior material that is like lace you would buy for a dress!
