They sent a flyer. The flyer states, purchase a heater tune up and if your heater has my problems for the next 12 months, parts and labor are free. I uploaded the flyer. When our heater stopped working 4 weeks later I called. They will not honor the agreement that prompted me to use their service. They want $159 to diagnose, and they will let me know the final amount. I told therm about the flyer and the person told me I'm sorry. Would you like the name of another company or we can schedule you for tomorrow if you pay the $159 in advance. This is false advertising at the least, fraud probably also.
