I had requested help on a study guide for which I was hoping to get some sample help to prepare for an exam and I was never given any supplemental information on the study guide for what I paid. Then I was asked to pay for copyright information which I was never aware of. I never used or submitted any of the work from the company because I was never given anything and it was obviously a scam. They kept trying to get money out of me and threatened me.
