I followed the scammers Instagram because I liked the products being sold. I wanted a hat before the 4th of July and placed an order in May. Once I did not receive the hat, I noticed the scammer was posting about how his manufacturers ******* him over. Assured everyone that ordered a hat, they will find a manufacturer to fulfill the order. In the interim, I messaged via Facebook, via Instagram, and emailed asking for a refund. I got automated responses, or no response at all. I texted the number who was attached to the owner of the company “Jesse” and got an automated text response that he was overwhelmed, and just simply ask for a refund and you shall get one. Nothing of the sort happened. Two months later, he said the hats were on the way because he found a manufacturer. That never happened either. In September and October I asked for a refund again. The response I got was “our state was hit with a hurricane and il out busy helping rebuild, all orders are on hold” I started to do more research and realized this company was a fraud! I asked PayPal for my money back. The guy disabled his Instagram account and not returning messages or emails either. MANY other people were effected by this.
