Americano Coffee Company Reports & Reviews (4)

These reports are totally false slandering my name nick chomakos. I demand them to be taken off immediately. I have never sold any machines with Thomas ligor. None of these customers ever paid me a dime nor did I speak to anyone prior to anybody purchasing. I was simply a 3rd party marketing company that gets hired to find vending places for 300 bucks back then. This company scampulse needs to investigate people that guess or assume things. Can hurt people's reputations that they work hard to keep.

The scammers REAL NAME is
Thomas Ligor
5856 254th St Apt 2
LITTLE NECK, NY, 11362, United States

His business LLC is Bri’s coffee company.

Please call your bank, report it as scam/fraud. Contact your local police department, FBI, postal police (they were the ones who caught him and a few others stealing $6,000,000 & contact the US Attorney Generals Office and ask for Robert Marston (US Attorney General Detective). He has been handling this case for a few months and any information/leads will be huge help to get him prosecuted.

I have received this information from a second-hand source that was scammed by this exact individual… all information here is factual evidence.

I had the same exact experience. Now I am stuck with two machines that supposedly were to be placed at a facility according to the contract. He had me buy two machines with the intentions of sending them to a lab corp that he assured me were in need of the machines. One of my most pressing questions was the fact that the machines were being sent to my home. I asked him why was this done this way and he assured me that it was done to keep the company's professional appearance so that I can be trained in the comfort of my home. That should have the major red flag.

I had roughly the same experience. I spoke to Ivan Silo in August of 2020 purchased a machine with a specific location. I was told the trainer would come to me. And the same day the machine would then be delivered to its site. Reggie calls me from a burner phone in Atlanta. He told me it was a burner phone and could t do a video call, zoom or Skype and he can give me the training over the phone. He said he is the only trainer and before Covid he would be flown in to give trainings and that he would stick the machine when he did so. Ivan knew only a phone training could happen but told me a trainer would come to me and that is why the machine had to be shipped to my home before being shipped to the sales site. Reggie trained me over the phone. After Ivan didn’t get back to me for about the machine getting to the sales sight for weeks. Nick with no last name or company affiliation emails me that his co worker is in the hospital with Covid and once she was back the machine could be placed. I responded asking for the contact info so I could place it myself, which Ivan had said was an option. There was no response for week. It is 10.26.2020 and a about a week ago Nick responded with information for an auto body that was interested in a machine and I should call them. I responded to Ivan and Nick asking why I was asking to cold call a location when the contract states that and gives a dollar amount for the location placement service with 2 year commitment. Ivan’s phone number has been disconnected. The company is real and the BBB list Ivan Silo as an officer of the company. She is know my selling a machine as a franchise and knowing not following through on written aspects of the contract. The machine itself according to Reggie the trainer should output an 8oz cup of coffee and despite all troubleshooting still only puts out 4oz. Americano Coffee looks to be a real company and Ivan Silo seems to knowingly operating fraudulently with their name. It would not surprise me that after looking further into the matter that what Ivan Silo is doing while representing this company is criminal.
