I went online for tech support at americansofttechs.com, the agent said, I would receive a call shortly, after asking for contact etc. information.

Once online, I started to wonder, if this was legit. He did a lot of stuff and then, long story short, when I, inquired, about why so much money for each and what about the HP support coverage. He changed the screen and hung up.

I called another number and no connection. Sad, he had access remote to my computer, claiming to be HP support. Marsha H.
