They have my bank information and tried taking $40 a month for six months about, was told it was for health insurance, but it was not because I was getting free health insurance from the government…

I purchased a policy from one of their agents on 1/26/2023 after purchasing a new home. The agent advised me of plans that had riders for living benefits. The plans include benefits to pay off the mortgage or to pay the mortgage in an event of critical illness or cancer diagnosis. The day I purchased the plan I advised the agent I did not see the living benefits and he proceeded to tell me the benefits will be mailed to me. I never received the policy in the mail still as of today I have not received a paper policy. I reviewed the customer portal for policy information and I didn't see anything about the rider, there is only the death benefits showing. I called my agent and he advised he will have the rider portion sent to me by mail. Well as of today I have not received that. I also called customer service again and they stated there is no such policy at there company. I called the agent back and he proceeded to say customer service at this company knows nothing. So I asked him to have that rider emailed to me. He sent me a flyer from your company but still nothing in writing with my name on it showing I have this rider. I called the agent back and he proceeded to tell me about how the plan pays and that I will have to contact him to file the claim and he can get the benefit started for me. I was just diagnosed with stage 3 cancer in May 2023 and this is now getting frustrating. This false advertising to get a sales. I have opened a complaint regarding regarding this matter to see if we can resolve this. I finally receive an correspondence after 1 month stating they will be cancelling my policy and I will not be refunded any of the amounts that I have paid as of today. BEAWARE of this company and the agent Brandon Hall.
