I received a phone call from a person claiming to work for Amerihome Mortgage where I pay my mortgage. They were offering me the opportunity to refinance. I found this odd because Amerihome shouldn't be calling me for this. They put me on hold, then came back and said my name and when I responded with "yes" they immediately hung up the phone.
