*4 Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items

*6 Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed

DATA ENTRY JOB DUTIES ARE :

Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners

Type in data provided directly from customers

Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes

Verify data by comparing it to source documents

Update existing data

Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

I have another question regarding the Contract/Bond with Previous Employers section.

Am I not supposed to be involved as an employee with any other company while working for Ameriplan?

B: Yes, You can work with us and still work with another company. But any issues that arises with the other company and you. Its not our problem.

Before you resume work with the company, You will receive a specific payment... You will be using this payment to set up your MINI OFFICE by purchasing your working equipment & materials plus the shipping logistics, Because we will be sending you some equipment you will be needing to start working with, Immediately you get this payment you will begin Training with your Supervisor at once.

The company will issue you a CHECK to enable you purchase all the EQUIPMENT necessary for the job. Once You have received the CHECK you are required to have it deposited into your bank account and funds will be made available for you to make your purchase from the company's vendor…. Understand? Must be from companies vendor (IBM). Okay?

Once you have deposited the check, funds will be made available by your bank in next business day. Instructions will be coming from the Head Department about how you will place Order/Purchase for your working materials/equipment's from our vendor closest to you to place your order/purchase for your equipments. The company does not allow new employees to purchase their working materials with their personal funds, for that reason you will be issued the check, so you are required to use it as instructed... This whole process is done to motivate workers and help them start training session immediately.... As soon as the check is been issued out to you, I will notify you and provide you with the tracking number so you can keep track and know when it will get to your home. Understood?

All of the equipment you will be getting from the vendor are tailor made. Therefore, It is meant and designed for the company alone. they will also need to perform manual data backups and secure the data to meet COMPANY'S AND HIPAA standards. A laptop and an internet connection would be provided to carry out your duties online

They were notified to have the check drawn and issued to you. Okay

B: Yes, FedEx audit our account with them once in a month. It was due to the auditing and to avoid delay's that was why your check was drawn from Martin produce
