I finally received a response from them on the 26th; they never leave a name by the way, at the end of the email it says customer service team. So on the 26th I get an email saying the couch will arrive on June 8th and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. On the the 30th they sent me an email asking me to take my negative review down and offered me 10% off if I did; which I didn’t. I told whoever the person was that I wouldn’t take anything down until I received my couch and the person didn’t respond after that.
None of the emails I received have a persons name, so I have no clue who I’m talking to; that’s unprofessional and sketchy! They never say my name in the email they address me as “customer” and that’s unprofessional as well!!!
Yesterday (06-08-24) I sent an email and a message on their website asking why haven’t received the tracking number when I was told the couch be at the warehouse on the 8th and sent out. I received a message on the website saying “the warehouse personnel are checking and will send it out as soon as possible. This took place at 10:32pm which is 11:32am their time because they are located in Hong Kong but the warehouse is located in Memphis Tennessee, also very sketchy!!! I eventually fell asleep and woke up at 5:50am my time which is 6:50pm their time and sent the another message because I still didn’t receive my tracking. How long does it take for someone in the warehouse to check for my couch? The person I spoke to said warehouse personnel was checking and that was at 10:32pm, I was expecting to see a response from someone when I woke up, but I got nothing!!!
This is a scam to me. I spent $665.55 dollars for this couch and if this place is fake!!! I also reached out to the Better Business Bureau about this place and received an email from them on 05-28-24 informing me that this is a scam but also told me I needed to file a scam report. The representatives name is Jasmine Bridgeforth, she’s the one who told me to file a scam report.
