I received a postal envelope priority mail with letter of instructions for a survey with a cashier check for 1,350.00 to spend 1,00.00 on Amex cards 500 each. Email address [email protected] text 619-456-3106 instructions say do not tell anyone you are doing an evaluation. I do not remember signing up for doing surveys.
