After inquiring about piano via FB marketplace and then being directed to “sister” direct email (to get off of FB marketplace), said sister replies that the piano is within the movers facility and that I would need to contact them regarding rerouting process (ie pay for rerouting/delivery). I asked where the facility is and I can arrange for pickup. Replied that they don’t know where facility is and all I have to do is go to their website at amfreights.website and had referral ID to initiate reroute. The entire story was similar to the one posted here - dead husband’s piano, etc. So thankful for this initial post!
