A free piano was offered on Facebook by Dr. Shiela Sexton. I responded. They offered to have her deceased husband’s piano picked up because she was downsizing. She offered it to my kids. I was instructed to contact a webpage and to reroute the piano. They quoted a price of $303 to deliver by email. We offered to pay with Apple Pay but they wanted Zelle or PayPal. We sent them the money with our home address. I received an email this morning from Dr. Shiela was in the hospital and to sent another $800. I knew we were scammed.
