I ordered skin cream at $65 USD, March 16, did not receive, chased, no response. Went to paypal who contacted AMGT, then they said they had actioned my order but I then got an update that they sent to Singapore post 10 May. Now 1 June, still no tracking update! No item received! What a rip off , scammers who need to be shut down!,

I had the same issue with skin foundation. Ordered in February and as of today 6/8/20 tracking stops at customs on 3/24/20! I have not received the product and they say its due to Corona epidemic and please be patient. Meanwhile pay pal does nothing and closes the case!

I was also scammed by AMGT Technology Co Limited.
(AMGT, DISO, NC, SZ, ZG)

They used the videos, pictures and description of a Shefit sports bra (shefit dot com) as advertisement and sold me a knockoff under the name "PROTA".
I emailed them the same day I received it, politely asking for a refund.
I got no reply.

I sent another email to a second address, including the original mail within it, and, again, politely ask for a refund.
I received automated reply asking pictures of the item with tracking number and SKU.
Which I sent them right away.
I got no reply.

I forwarded all three emails to the address associated with their paypal account
I got no reply.

I contacted them THROUGH Paypal and they told me that they would only refund me IF they received the parcel first. They then offered me a 20% partial refund stating that I could keep the item.
I told them I wanted I full refund and return the item to them.

They refused to give me their return address and followed by offering me a 30% partial
refund.

They openly used the high cost of shipping it back to extort an agreement for less money.
I was done being played with and I escalated it to Paypal.

I bought one for my daughter on the 7th of April. Nothing. I should've known because a legitimate retailer would follow up with an email showing confirmation # and tracking options. I filed a claim with PayPal, but I doubt they will do anything. The next step will be to report the charge to my credit card company. There are so many claims and complaints about this fraudulent company, you'd think PayPal would take this more seriously. I noticed when filing the claim, I had to check a box accepting that my reported claim was true on the consequence of losing my PayPal account. Yet this seller is able to continue to use PayPal to scam hundreds of people out of their hard-earned money. Do not bother to contact the retailer. File the claim with PayPal and if nothing is done, contact your credit card company.

The money went through quickly on Paypal, but then no follow-up email from the company; just Paypalsconfirmation. if this is a deadend I will be shutting my Paypal acct and will hopefully be much more conscience in future. Buy local! I would like to see Instagram closing their acct. and all venues through which they scam folks.

I did the same at the end of April, received a smashed box missing half the parts this week. Am getting nowhere with them and from what I’m reading, PayPal isn’t rectifying the situation either. Next will be contacting my bank. And if PayPal doesn’t show me something soon, I will cancel that account as well. I am sorry you got taken too, what a load of crap.

As noted above, this company AMGT Technology Limited has also taken my $58.00 via paypal. On 04/16/2020 i purchased poly gel nail Kit over 6 items , here it is today 05/19/2020 and i have yet to received my items . i have now submitted a claim with paypal, with the hopes of a fair resolution. It is quite appalling that facebook allows such deceiving practice.. lesson learned .. #disappointed

On April 2, 2020 I placed an order with AMGT Technology CO., Limited. I did not receive a tracking number. It was a total of $13.93 for sanitary wipes. I paid through PayPal. I filed a complaint with PayPal on May 3, after I emailed the seller. The seller sent me a fake tracking number. Today PayPal told me I would not receive my refund not the product. This company is a scam and please do not use them!

I have paid for a hair clipper No receipt No tracking number Paid through Pay Pal Sent them loads of emails but keep getting same automated replies with no proper information about the item I have purchased I would have to say beware this company they are not interested in the customers just collecting the money from unsuspecting customers. They bombard Facebook with adds and then conveniently dissapear only to appear again at a later date it seems.
