Same as above, said I had a debt with Bank of America for $6,000 dollar unpaid debt from over 20 years ago. Said I was being served, copped major attitude and cursed me out. Just made threat after threat.

Caller threatened to garnish my wages, take my house and my cars. Said I had a credit card with Wells Fargo in 2002 and had a $5000 debt. Willing to settle for $3000. I requested proof this was my debt, caller advised they could not provide this information. If they did, it would have to be through court proceedings and then the $3000 settlement offer would be voided. The only thing they could email me was a contract to sign for the $3000 agreement to pay.
