I purchased a black glider brush from this company at the Utah State Fair. on September 8 The sales woman said the item was out of stock but she would have it shipped to me the next day. It would include the glider brush, shampoo, conditioner, and serum. Items would be shipped to my house within 2-3 days at no charge since they didn't have the items in stock and had "sold out" at the fair. She ran my card and I asked if I could take the shampoo, conditioner, and serum with me. She said it will all ship to my home. September 12 I reached out the phone number listed on the receipt asking for a tracking number as I still hadn't received an email or received the items. The next day I was asked to provide proof of purchase to which I did. He then tried to charge me $20 for shipping. I told him no, that was included per his sales person at the fair. He asked for my shipping address, which I also provided to the sales girl on site at the fair. I sent it to him along with all the information from the sales woman. He told me I could go pick it up from the fair. I again told him that the items were supposed to be shipped to me. I wasn't going to drive another hour to go to the fair again when I was already there and was told it would be shipped within 2-3 days at no extra cost. I then asked for a refund if he couldn't provide shipping confirmation. He said he will issue my refund and it will take 3 business days. He told me how they were selling so quickly and sold out fast at the fair. Ok that's fine, but they were supposed to be shipped to me the next day per his sales associate at the fair. September 17, still no refund. So I reached out by text again, no response. Again the next day, I asked about a refund. He again asked for my name and address. I sent it to him again, along with the items I was supposed to receive. I got a thank you and nothing else. September 23, I asked about my refund again. September 24, he said he will send me a tracking number when it's prepared for shipping. September 26, I asked if he could give me a shipping confirmation. He said it would be shipped September 27. October 1, still no items. No confirmation. No refund. I asked again for confirmation, no response. October 3, I sent the same texts. October 4, same text. He called me and said he would be in town for a bridal fair in Lindon and he would bring the items to me. He would also throw in a straightener for my troubles. I told him that wasn't necessary, I just wanted the items that I paid for. He said no, I want to do this for you. I will bring you the brush, straightener, shampoo, conditioner, and serum. I told him I would meet him about 20 minutes from my home so he didn't have to drive the whole way. He said he would meet me between 5pm and 9pm on October 8. October 8, I sent him a text at 11am asking what time we could meet. No response. I texted again a few more times and told him I would meet him at a specific place at 5pm. I called him several times that day, no answer. At 5:00 I called him and left a message telling him where I was at that location and to call me when he arrived and I'd tell him what car I was in. I also sent him a text saying the same thing. No response. I waited 30 minutes and called again, texted again. He didn't show up. He sent a text at 6:43 that night that his flight was delayed. I asked if he could meet the next day, no response. It has now been over 5 weeks and it was 2-3 day shipping per his employee. No refund, no products. I have now issued a fraud claim with my bank. I also emailed the State Fair to let them know about my experience in hopes that they don't let them return to scam others.
