Poorly written website selling ammo for bargains, some are normally unavailable to the public. He texted me separately using info I put on the page. He showed screenshots of a legit business's ATF and FFL forms that he sent in text format after I had filled out an online form to get to a checkout screen. Forms of payment accepted were Bitcoin, Paypal, Cash app, Zelle, NOT CREDIT CARD. I offered to pay cash in person, and the scammer deflected over and over.
