10/1/22 ordered 500 rds of 7mm-08 ammo from ammousashop.com. Corresponded with seller through their email- [email protected] about payment method because debit card payment was not an option on the online form. No credit/debit card they responded; only Zelle or PayPal. Sent $270 through Zelle to LATIFE ZOOR-HALABI. I have photo. On 10/3/22 rec'd email stating that an agency required me to purchase insurance to cover my order for $250 more. This was to be refunded once package arrived. I replied that I decided to cancel my order #6889 because I felt I should have been told about additional charges at time of purchase. Seller assured me they were not trying to scam me that package would deliver and $250 insurance payment would be reimbursed. No Insurance, No package- their words. I requested to cancel order #6889 and return my payment of $270 through Zelle. Seller declined my request. Payment was made to seller through my bank. Spoke with bank to try to stop payment but they couldn't. Emailed Zelle and they took my info but couldn't return my money. Tried to call ammousashop phone number on website but only got a message of cannot complete call. I can also provide emails between myself and seller if needed.
