I purchased a hunting rifle for my wife and went to ammunitiongunbroker.com to purchase ammunition for our Alaskan hunt. They claimed to have the ammunition in stock. I purchased and paid via Zelle. The product was to have shipped, but when I didn’t receive an update, i went back to their website and used the live chat. They claimed to have attempted to contact me, and then informed me that I needed to pay an additional ‘insurance fee’ that would be refunded once the product was delivered. I demanded a refund and they denied me due to ‘company policy’.
