This company whose website can no longer be found, offered sample of product for shipping & handling charges of @ $7.00. There was no disclaimer or notice of subscription charges for $135. 00 if subscription was not canceled within 7 days. In fact, I saw no notification, did not check any boxes or agreed in any way to subscribe to this company for a cream that only cost $25.00 at the most on Amazon.
I would never have subscribed to such an advertisement.
Next thing I know, my card is being charged for $135.00 without my permission.
I contacted company and at first they were only going to refund 30% and I told them that was unacceptable, then customer rrp offered 40% and finally 60% of my money back. I am refuting charges with my credit card company because I agreed to no such subscription for a cream, I can buy for $25.
I was lead to believe i was dealing with Amore-Bio company directly and not some web scam company.
Plus the first company that billed me for $7 is different than the one that is trying to scam me for $135.
