This person has you pay for the product and shipping fee but never sends it to you. When you ask for a refund you are told no. The website has no contact information. The only way to reach this person is through Instagram. I bought and paid for a pair of slippers for my daughter. I have yet to receive a product or refund. They will give you excuses about the weather after you ask multiple times about your product. The IG Page say they live in Florida. The IG Name is [email protected]
