Ordered cow ornaments that were pictured as 3-D. What I received were poorly printed images of cows on flat plastic. I tried to return but they kept on saying to keep them and that their warehouse was in China and it would cost me too much to ship.. Also, the last time I returned something to China, I never received my money back. They would not give me address either, but were very insistent that I do not return the items to the address on the package.

The item was advertised as a jumpsuit with soft cotton material.

It was terrible quality and sizing was off.

The website states that returns can be made within 14 days and shipping will only be charged once.

I requested to return the item and receive a refund two days after receiving the product. They will not accept a return and have said it meets their quality standards.

Ordered two jumpsuits on 4/30 finally came 6/2 they are not correct size (adult small could fit a 10 yr old) trying to return and they are refusing to allow me to return. They have a return policy posted allowing this.

I purchased two clothing items on what appeared to be a legitimate website. When the order was placed, the confirmation email had a tracking order that was invalid and led to a malicious site. I inquired several times about the order and after a few weeks finally heard from their "customer service". The order finally came, but was of poor quality (and the same size items were actually different sizes). I have asked for return, but after many back and forth emails, they will not send return shipping information and have denied the refund saying they sent the correct items. They said they would compensate me with $3USD, but nothing more.

Here is their "return" policy. https://www.amp-spring.com/pages/return-policy. Quality problems must be returned within 14 days, so they are just extending it so I can't get my refund fairly.

Sites are posting on social media a jump suit but is using another brand (Spanx) in the advertisements. They also state on their site it is risk free and will refund. I have been in contact and they offered me $5. Looking at their Facebook reviews since I ordered, others have been scammed as well.
