Waited 2 weeks and checked order tracking. Order is still in placed status. Emailed twice with no response, Instagram messages no response, tweeted did not get a response from them but from someone else claiming to work with them that everything would be shipped soon, and used their live chat feature on their website with no response. Waited another 2 weeks emailed again with no response and tweeted and messaged the previous person that replied and received no response. They do not offer an option for a refund until you receive product but they never send out the product ordered.
