On Oct. 21, 2015 I received a call from a Mr. Smith with the name of the company AMSG in re: to collecting a debt from a payday loan. I told him I filed bankrupcty and the matter was cleared, that you could speak to my lawyer. He told me to send him the bankrupcty paperwork so he could go over it and see if I really did file bankrupcty and to see if the account number matched the account number he had, I told him he can speak to my lawyer and I wasn't emailing him anything. He was very hesitant of giving me his name, all he would say is Mr. Smith that's all.
