I bought a multifunctional Garden Kneeler & Seat from this site on May 18. I tracked the package from its origin in China to its supposed delivery at my home. What arrived was a piece of clothing that I did not order. I checked the tracking number, and it is the same as the tracking number on the clothing that was delivered.

Each time I email, I get a run around like this:

Hi dear Sir/Madam.

So sorry about that again .

We had tried our best to ask for our director and he informed us we can offer you 30% at most of this order ,since this store is special then you could keep the item or offer it to your family /friend/others to use at daily life if you feel troublesome to return it .It is better than return it .Please let us know .If yes, it will be issued for your account soon . We had also feedback this issue to our sales manager and he inform us it will be improved our products quality to reach the client's demand in the future .But if it is not accepted ,we are allowed to help you to issue it for your account once the pack had been returned to the related warehouse .
