The company will contact you by fax asking you to quote an item. They will place the order and pay with credit card. Once their order is placed and paid for they will insist on shipping the items/freight themselves. A shipping company (FedEx or UPS) comes and picks up their order/freight. Once they receive the items they go to their bank, claim they never receive the items. That is when their bank does a ACH transfer of the money back into their account. Here is the catch, they do it on a Friday hoping that it pulls the money from your company's bank account on the weekend before you notice it because you only have 24 hours to dispute an ACH charge. After that 24 hours it becomes irreversible.
