When I spoke with a lady threw Craigslist she told me that she was going threw eBay to sell her truck she told me I have to pay the money for the vehicle then the truck would be here in 2-3 days couple days later I got another email from her and customer service customer service said I owe 400 more dollars for insurance for the test driving period and If I didn't want the truck after the test drive the would refund my money back to me when I called them they constantly hung up on me me my dad and step mom put money in for the truck they also contacted them and hung up on them as well the lady emailed me also and said they couldn't send the vehicle until me and the lady paid 400 still didn't get the truck they ripped us off of some money.
