Package Scam

I made a order of five item's on the 3rd January and everything seemed to be accurate and professional on this site called Analyoilly outlet shop. I didn't think to check the reviews as the advert popped up on my phone. It seemed like a really good deal so I went for it. It had taken 25 day's to get to United Kingdom which I had been tracking. As soon as it got to the sorting centre and it arrived in the country it then stated it had been delivered but I haven't received a thing NO package arrived at any point. I have sent out three emails and have not heard anything. So I was thinking it can't be a mistake? As the first email failed to send, This was a awful experience and I am annoyed because I actually paid for what I wanted ... It's well out of order that these evil people can get away with taking what's not their's. Stealing from people and obviously getting away with it. This situation has left me thinking that I will stick to the sites that I know and never use new ones, I not made of money ... So I have no package and can't get back my money. Disgusting they have no morals or standards no heart...I feel this needs to stop and people need to be more aware.
