I placed an order with this company and same day decided I no longer needed it. I emailed them the same day to cancel my order, in which they replied the next day trying to give me other solutions than to cancel. They chose to stall instead of canceling my order and still proceeded to process my order DAYS after I had requested it to be cancelled. No one should be running a business if you cannot abide by your refund/cancellation policy.
