When the chair didn't arrive after 6 weeks, I sent a letter of inquiry. Many apologies for your wait yadayada, But, the item has been delivered yadayada, check your mailbox (for a chair!)
I wrote back and said impossible, basically. He (Alex) writes back, oh you're right, so sorry yadayada, we see now that it was lost in transit! But, we want to make it right by sending you a full refund. Or, we can send you a replacement chair by a faster carrier...up to you. I stupidly said I wanted the chair.

No Paypal payment just credit card. I have never received my package and the company does not want to refund me because the carrier lost the package ! in addition I had paid a supplement to accelerate the delivery, the carrier fraudulently indicates a delivery on January 5 when he has no proof.
