This looked like a legit site. I purchased an item from them and they communicated very responsively. I used a secure payment service and once confirmed they emailed me shipping and tracking through what I know to be a fraudulent shipping service atlascargmovers.com. When they item was never delivered on date stated I had several email exchanges which basically said they sent three items instead of the one I ordered and that I would have to pay for the others prior to getting it. Red flags went up. I’ve reported to the FTC AND state attorney office.

I Google searched "Fujifilm T-X200" on the shopping tab. Anchorage Electronics popped up with the camera for $500, with $50shipping. After I placed the order, it was requested that I pay via Zelle. My order number was #35538 and said "pending". I did not receive further instructions regarding where to send it, so I used their chatbot to inquire, nor did I receive an invoice or receipt.

A person named "Jimmy Sebastian" responded and sent me an email from [email protected] with instructions to issue the payment to [email protected] (an individual named Sabrina Harmon). He also requested that I reply with a screenshot of the Zelle payment. I did so and requested that I be sent an invoice and tracking number when it was shipped. I was told it would be sent today (August 15th, 2022).

I noticed today that it was still saying "processing", so I inquired via the chatbot with no response. I emailed Sabrina Harmon and have not received a response. They are also not answering the phone number listed on their website.

Upon looking deeper on their Google business reviews, I saw that two things had occurred. Firstly, there is a review left by "Jimmy Sebastian", the same name as the person who allegedly works there. Secondly, another user commented that the business was a scam.

I contacted my bank (PNC Bank) to dispute the transaction and report the fraud. They told me to call back once the payment has cleared my account (estimated that it would clear tomorrow, the 16th).
