This scam originally appeared as an offer for discounted Lego sets, supposedly by a company calling itself brickstoysus.com, in an ad on InstaGram. When the order was placed, for items with a very high discount (almost 80% - never believe the 'too good to be true' offer), the order was processed by yet another company, and showed up on the credit card statement as being paid to andcoapparel, at an increase from the original purchase amount of $60.08 to $63.71. Several emails appeared, providing a legitimate tracking number, but when the items arrived, they were 3 pairs of knockoff Burberry socks, not Lego sets. Attempts to contact Andcoapparel have proven unsuccessful.
