I was on Facebook marketplace and saw and add for a self-propelled lawnmower. It said it was through Walmart. I thought the ad was legit, so I ordered the mower, and it was never delivered to my address. I have tried and tried. To get them to refund my money but they keep saying the package was delivered on May 11, 2023, at 4:55pm the only thing I received. Was a pair of earbuds and a nano mist sprayer and neither one of these are what I ordered. I have reported this to my credit card company, and they are supposed to be looking into it. I went to the post office, and they told me that the package with the tracking number I gave them was delivered and I told them that yes it had but it was not what I ordered.
