First I get a call from a Kim Casey (219-728-5259), who said she was from Anderson & Associates and that I needed to contact 1-866-476-0809 the mitigation department due to legal action being brought against me in Monroe County. I called 1-866-476-0809 and a Valerie answered, she said is this Sarah Heston and then ramble out my birthdate and said I owed $5,800.00 for an old debt to Capital One credit card, and I told them they need to send me the paperwork, she said we don't provide paperwork. We will send an email about a settlement and if you agree you sign the paperwork electronically, and you only have 20 minutes to decide. She wanted me to settle for $2,900.00 (something around this amount), put a lien on my vehicle, or a property lean. I told her to take me to court, because I did not believe she was legitimate. Then I found out about 20 minutes later they had called my parents house which I have not lived at for 30 years left a message for me to contact them.
