This company has no employees listed, nothing on LinkedIn, just a good rating on BBB. The person I talked to has no digital presence whatsoever, and as I spent some time initially getting seemingly useful tax advice, they started diving into asking me for all sorts of personal information, which I shared before realizing this seemed a bit suspect. Things like address, year and make of my car, bank balance, stock platform I use and which stocks I own, cost of monthly utility bills, whether I own my home or have a mortgage, etc



It seems worth confirming this business is legitimate.
