Ticketmaster Fraud Confirmation: A friend who contacted Ticketmaster was informed that a legitimate broker would already hold tickets, making Andrea's claims unlikely. Ticketmaster advised contacting legal authorities.Previous Legal Issues: Andrea is facing fraud charges for similar activity involving New Kids on the Block fans, with a court date in December, suggesting a pattern of fraudulent conduct.Financial Losses: Our group collectively paid about $50,000, with an additional victim outside our group losing $16,000 in a similar scheme.Action Requested: I request an FBI investigation into potential wire fraud. Given the digital transactions across state lines and Andrea's repeated deceptive practices, immediate action is needed to prevent further losses.

Heather Sammis/Harassment- Emails sent to superintendent [email protected],[email protected], [email protected], [email protected], ADA ManagementTaylor Swift , NOLA update, Figured out what's going onEmail I sent aft er nondelivery and months of waiting. Aft er this email started, she started harrasing and contacting my employer and my friends employers. Hi, Andrea and Amanda,I paid for 5 Taylor Swift tickets for her New Orleans show on October 26, 2024, via a Venmo transaction sent on June 28, 2024.The show has officially passed. You were unable to provide tickets aft er
receiving payment months ago. Aft er months of waiting, asking for any confirmation, and still receiving no receipt of proof or the actual tickets, I have off icially handed over all communication between me and both of you to the Live Nation and Ticketmaster fraud lines. In doing so, I have received confirmation from Ticketmaster that you do have an account with them and that if you are still claiming that you cannot transfer tickets, it is because there never were tickets. They confirmed that there is no issue on their end with you transferring tickets, and if we have not received tickets for any show at any venue, this entire fraudulent scheme has, in fact, been a scam. They recommended that we pursue further legal action as we have ample proof that you were both involved in a wire fraud cybercrime.I would appreciate an immediate full refund for my tickets so I don't have to take this any further and pursue further legal action against you both and REMIX PR LLC, but please be aware that I am more than prepared to do so.Per your last email, I am including confirmation of the nonrefundable hotel stay which I also expect a full refund for ($880.99). I am also requesting compensation for my friends' flights that were either non-refundable to the original payment and/or not eligible to be canceled for credit per American Airlines' policies ($325.94).I have sent two Venmo requests to @aaalbin (where I sent the original payment). One Venmo for $2000.00 for the tickets unable to be provided and one for $1206.93 for the travel expenses mentioned above.Again, I expect immediate refunds for all costs.
