Went online and tried to buy a pug from Andrea's pugs out of California. They promised 50% off. I filled out application. It was 550.00 for the puppy and 150.00 shipping. I cashapped 670.00. I sent her my email address. I got a msg from 24 hour home delivery service, said they needed 1500.00 for cargo and insurance. They needed 550.00 for quarantine. all refundable. In total I lost1600.00.
