Andreus Marketing Reports & Reviews (6)

This post I do not consider to be a report because I don't believe that there is anything that fraudulent or illegal but this needs to be taken seriously. I recently had an experience at Front Rank Solutions where I learned valuable things but at the same time I have felt helpless and worthless working in such an unacceptable toxic work environment. It really affects the mental health of others when working in this office. I had a hard time adjusting in this work environment while living in beautiful New Orleans. For example, it was the way people related to me when I make mistakes. Upper management would expose my mistakes in an angrily way in front of others and I was seriously humiliated. I felt that I needed to have the same beliefs as them when it came to learning about the marketing systems. I get it, this workplace was meant to teach me business and life skills, but the conditions being put on sales reps are terrible. I had to walk around in the heat with anxiety and dizziness pitching people. EVERY SINGLE DAY I HAD TO DEAL WITH ANXIETY ABOUT DEALING WITH REACTIONS ON HOW MY GAUGES WENT. SOME PEOPLE MADE MY LIFE VERY DIFFICULT AND I SERIOUSLY HAD A HARD TIME RELATING TO THEM. It was to a point where I became afraid of upper management because if I said something I would be judged for it or that I am being "negative" or I am having a "bad attitude" when I struggled with anxiety and fear. I am not against maintaining a positive attitude but the way they taught me on maintaining an attitude was unhealthy and toxic. They force me to suppress my anxiety to have a positive attitude. LOOK, YOU CANNOT MAKE MY NEGATIVE FEELINGS DISAPPEAR. THIS IS NOT A MAGIC PILL!. This has nothing to do with attitude. Some people did not know how to understand different types of sales rep whether you have an anxiety struggle, disorders, or anything. Upper management was very unprofessional and sometimes rude. I felt helpless and worthless. Working at this office in New Orleans made me separate from the people I care about the most and they have noticed a change in personality from me due to the high stress I have experienced, that concerned them a lot. For the people I am complaining about, this DOES NOT APPLY TO ALL EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT! There are people who understood what I was going through and who have taught me a lot and I would like to take the time to thank them for their support. I am talking about those who are responsible for the business. Here's a message to the people I struggled working with :
I hope one day you learn your lesson on how to treat your sales rep and even leaders. This business may be competitive BUT YOU DO NOT EVER SHAME YOUR EMPLOYEES OR MAKE THEM FEEL WORTHLESS OVER THEIR SHORTCOMINGS OR FOR NOT GETTING PROMOTED TO LEADERSHIP ON TIME. YOU DO NOT PRESSURE PEOPLE TO GET PROMOTED JUST BECAUSE OF A 2-4 WEEK TIMELINE CREDICO HAS PUT ON US. YOU DO NOT HUMILIATE OR SHAME PEOPLE IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE OFFICE! UNACCEPTABLE. YOU MAY OWN A BUSINESS AND KNOW A LOT ABOUT BUSINESS AND LIFE, BUT YOU NEED TO HUMBLE YOURSELF AND HAVE AN OPEN MIND TOWARDS PEOPLE. DO NOT USE YOUR MARKETING SYSTEMS AGAINST OTHERS! PEOPLE LEARN AT A DIFFERENT PACE. SO THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU HAVE TAUGHT ME, BUT YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL ON HOW YOU TREAT OTHERS BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU WILL LEARN A BIG LESSON. THE PAY IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. WE WORK 72 HOURS A WEEK FOR YOU GUYS AND WE ONLY EARN COMMISSION. UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS NOT A PART OF THE LAW IN THE USA TO WORK 40+ HOURS TO EARN PEANUTS. IF ITS JUST A COMPLAINT I AM SORRY BUT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LISTEN TO THIS COMPLAINT THEN THAT'S FINE. ONE DAY YOU WILL OPEN YOUR EYES. Here is my 50 cents
Peace!

Front Rank Solutions (also known as Andreus Inc) is a pyramid scam. They would have me working 70+ hour 6 day weeks. Regardless of how many “sales” I made, I was reassured that I could’ve done better. We would be standing in front of Walmart or Walgreens for 7-9 hours a day, chasing people down to try to sweet talk them out of their credit card information. In the five weeks I worked there, the guy running the place, Kristeph managed to lose two locations, Walmart and the French Quarter. He did not go out looking for new ones, as that was put on the “sales” people, being assured it was our responsibility.
I was one of only two people in the office with a car, so every day 5 people would pile in to it and drive anywhere from 10 minutes to 3 hours to find a place to “sell” (I was not compensated for the mileage). We were even told by Target not to stand in front of their store, so he would insist we sneak up to people while they were at their cars and try to sell to them.
At one point we took a trip out of town and were put up in a semi-sleezy motel, four to one room. He told me I need to sleep in the same small bed with another guy who had just started. I insisted on sleeping on the floor instead, and he got upset, assuring me that sleeping next to this stranger is just something I have to do to build a team mentality.
after about 5 weeks of working there, I had city jury duty. He wanted me to skip it, and when I told him no, he asked that I send him proof, so I did. He had already paid for an AirBnb out of town (with no secured locations to sell) and then realized everyone could not use my car to get there…so I was fired (without him actually saying ‘You’re fired” so he did not have to be held accountable)
He would also creep on employees’ social media profiles and if they didn’t meet his professional standards, have his right-hand-woman try to get us to change them.
I could keep going on, but you get the idea.
I know this sounds like a Judd Apatow movie..but it is real. Stay away from this company.

Thank you for your insight. Please, forward this message to others and please if you can, read my recent review. We need to take these things seriously and people need to be aware especially college students/graduates from college.

Andreus Inc is now Front Rank Solutions led by the same man Kristeph C. It’s a pyramid scheme that won’t tell you what you’ll actually be doing or what they pay. Just rounds and rounds of group interviews that waste your time

I am grateful to you for sharing this. As I went through the three rounds of Zoom/phone interviews @ Andreus & with a start date of tomorrow. They consistently said they were not at liberty to respond to the questions I had regarding the position (salary, etc.) The entire experience was weird and off putting. I am relieved I
declined.

I first learned of Andrea‘s marketing through CareerBuilder and applied online. After three rounds of interviews through zoom I was offered the job position and accepted the position. I start the job January 17 and by January 18 we were outside in front of businesses pitching to everybody who walked out of the store about who we were and why they should help us and what our cause was. The business is very much focused on no seniority so it gives the impression that you can move up as quickly as you would like to give in your work ethic. Also they consistently tell us to not worry about being out there and dealing with the people if there was spas isn’t what we wanted to be simply because the money in the long run will be so much more better than the time we spend conversing with people on a day-to-day basis anywhere from 11 AM to 6 PM or 9 PM. We work six days a week and generally I will be in the office by 7:30 in the morning if I wanted to be getting interviews for new potential account executives. It will say that we will be leaving the field at the end of the day around 6 o’clock but we would have to go back to the office to break down days and go over more specifics from the day with the manager, so all in all the day and closer to 7:30 or 8:00 PM. We were trained to talk to everybody who walks out of the stores and somehow get them to want to donate with us on our iPads. Once we got the potential dollars to the iPads we had to get general information about them including their name birthdate address phone number and email. After this we will discuss how much they would want to donate. The donation would be a monthly subscription and we will let them know that they could control how long they choose to be with us. We were always told to say this is an ongoing donation because those funds will be withdrawn monthly once you sign up with us and whichever foundation we are promoting at that time. The funds were continue to be extracted from the accounts until the daughter went into the email and canceled the subscription. After the donut shows which donation amount they wanted, we will get them to let us use a credit card or debit card for the payment. Once payment arrangements were made we will go over a survey letting the donors know how much money was being taken out today and that it was an ongoing issue and that we didn’t do one time donations over the iPads and that they will receive a receipt, which was tax-deductible; then finally they will speak with GiftBridge, who is a Third Party Verification. If at any point while talking to the Third Party Verification the donor expressed that they just want to do a one time donation, then the donation amount would be extracted for that day and moving forward it will be canceled and the account executives will get no credit for that sale. In fact the account executives would get reprimanded for getting a third-party verification failure. We were encouraged to sign as many dollars as possible throughout the week so that our checks would be higher.
