Andrew Lofquist, the CEO and apparent owner of 2020 Drywall and Paint, holds himself out as a legitimate drywall business. Mr. Lofquist does not communicate effectively enough to provide or commit to a start date to do the work. He may eventually commit to a start date after much effort on your part, but then he might not show up to do the job as happened here. He also kept a $300 deposit. He may decide to return the deposit after the authorities are involved. This business is not registered with the Secretary of State of Minnesota. Buyer beware.
