Purchased a Tea Cup Chihuahua for a 550.00 with 50.00 dollars for delivery. No mention on web site of shipping life insurance for the puppy. On the shipment day I was contact by seller, Mr.Ryan Dexter with a request to verify my e mail address. Wen I open my e mail a saw apayment due of $1745.00 for life insurance. Contacted seller by phone, and after agreeing tha this amount was not mentioned on the deal, I was told that in order for me to get de puppy I had to pay for the insurance.I informed Mr Dexter that will like a refund of my $600.00 he hung up the phone. I trued to call him back a couple of times, but it went straight to voice mail. Finally I text him back asking for my moneyor I will be reporting a scam he replied this is not a scam you have to pay.
